Charldera’s practice is focused on commercial and residential real estate law and business law. Her real estate practice includes purchases, sales and mortgages of commercial and residential properties. 

As an entrepreneur, Charldera is passionate about assisting budding entrepreneurs with establishing their new business. In her business law practice, Charldera can provide strategic counsel to owners of private businesses, strategic business structure advice for sole proprietorships, joint ventures, partnerships and corporations; and negotiate and draft business agreements.
